Is WHS really due for completion in Spring 2015 ? By the looks of it ( from West End Lane ) it seems far from being completed !
Spring 2015 for completion would be optimistic indeed. I think the main construction work is scheduled for completion around then (late spring?), but fitting/finishing obviously not. Autumn 2015 I think is the estimated completion date.
